Information we collect
When members register: full name, mobile number, date of birth, gender, profession, state, district, city/village, address, PIN code, email (optional) and records of your consent. From sponsors: name, contact details, contribution details, and a photo/logo only if you agree to it being shown. For security: IP address and browser details when you sign in or submit requests. Your age is calculated from your date of birth and is not stored separately.

Who can see your information

Financial information
The organisation's accounts and financial reports are not published on the website. Registered members can request them through My Information; after an administrator approves the request, they can be viewed for a limited period.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a member and for [period] afterwards. If you ask us to delete it, your personal details are removed. Financial records that the law requires us to keep are kept for the period the law sets.
